Tot of the suffering, people, animals and people without food people wasting food, the karma incurred..  tot of if these  people repent and change..everything could be  better… dunno why have these tots..  then try to keep clear mind .. not thinking anymore, not having anymore tots… not long,  I think I am into it again…the hand like aren’t mine, or I just dun wish to move my hands bah… try to maintain not to be afraid or hu si ruan xiang… but not long… out of it liao…
