went Carlos “place” for homework with da jie, Eugene & his frds, Dom and also Carlos wife.. 

Then Eugene says the place very ying not lose to cemetery, plus switch off most of the lights..alamak.. erm.. was a bit scare at 1st lo.. but try not think and imagine then I wun be scare..

We started off with chanting, OMPH then GYFM. The place there quite nice, so quiet just some natural sounds like crickets and wind. my GYFM kept spinning.. at the beginning still okay but later legs cannot tahan..everytime one spin the side of my foot press on the floor, it’s so pain.. 

Then we do DG, this time I think because the place is big and also remember the comments from my previous posts.. so I just dun think so much and dun control myself.. erm.. I ran so many rounds, I think backwards most of the time bah.. and it goes faster and faster.. but actually I think I know if I will fall then I tried to control a bit otherwise I just let it be.. then Carlos tell me to control a bit if too fast might fall.. so I tried to control a bit and it feels better.. I stopped quite a few times then continue cos I felt giddy and vomitive.. I didn’t vomit, just manage to let out a burp.. and fart also.. da jie said, “top cannot come out so come out from bottom lo”.. hur hur hur.. she so cute..

After DG, my chest keep feeling like got something stuck there cannot come out.. so uncomfortable.. but after rest a while okie liao…

Then I reach home and continue chant Da Bei Zhou X 7 because Roy says:” better to chant everyday. No 21 times also can chant 7 times.”

done homework quite late.. was dragging again.. but I tell myself I want do homework today!

Forgot to mention, actually I had included OM AH HUNG before I start my chanting a few days ago… and everytime I start to say OAH, my body just naturally goes right , left, right,left …

- DG, haiz.. dunno y .. I still feel that I really not very sure on this.. just that sometimes the actions I really dunno is I ownself go do it as per I feel like to or it just moves.. I confuse leh…

I checked with da jie and Carlos.. do they actually know what actions you are doing when your action goes… they dun seems to know it while they doing it.. but I know what my actions are as in I will know if I had turn, or arms raise.. arms feel ache..numb.. Am I doing it correctly?? and another thing is if I feel something on my hands, I should just let my hands go according to the direction of feel right? but like that seems like I move it myself de wor…

I also can feel like there is something around my hands.. a kind of feel, can call it numb, cold, like air surrounding it…  

Maybe I just too into what I feel when doing it so I have many doubts..

Before I started practicing DG, I had always tot that when you move while doing DG, the action is so great that you dun have to exert a little bit of movement it will just goes.. eg: I put my hand on the table, I got no intention of moving it, but suddenly it raises?? Is this the right feel one should have when doing DG?

feeling a bit stress since Friday… one of my boss T in HQ was quite sick and needs to stay in hospital for a long period and he is the one that controls the operation of the whole organization, so the other boss J from there took over his duties but this J so “straight forward” and “logical” type de lor..reached SG on Friday also.. his purpose for this visit is to reprimand me and my boss in SG due to some complains from the fellow staffs in HQ. hmm.. and the fellow colleagues only complains after T is sick…

yesterday all his words so 酸溜溜的咯… but heng today he reacted differently so I dare to speak up my grievances.. hahaha.. hopefully he do listen and thinks differently after this.. as he heard very negative comments abt me from the fellow colleagues and thinks negatively too..
