From today onwards have to 观想and 超度the meat we eat.
Healing same partner Uncle Sim…
What uncle Sim felt when healing me:
- my right and left side arm and chest area got many “things”
- Left face haven something but dunno what it is
- Esp my tummy area… got many many “things”
- felt something at my right feet area
- He felt heal me de time feel like got tears ard his eyes
- He felt headache and a bit body suan
I felt:
- forehead tight and pressure
- left hand numb feel
- very cold, keep yawning and tear… cos I lying direct from aircon…
nothing much…
I felt when healing Uncle Sim:
- Felt his chest area like sunk in…
- Chest and tummy area got feel
- face warm…wonder is it his breathing… Last week also …
Some points to take note of:
If private area chakra sunk in, advise the person to drink more warm water, cannot claw, must blast more energy…
Any areas that sunk in, dun dig/claw…need to blast more energy…
Areas that protruding, have to mould back to normal.
DG – fun…turn and dance… except that I can’t DG too long… very tired.. stamina no enough..

wow…sis good diagram..but u miss you the 他力AND 自力 part….add it into the daigramme, and Dom, also include it in ur notes…when u upload into the LZT blog..thank zzzzzzzzzz
