SOP done early…
went to class… chanting was different today.. visualise Guan Yin Pusa’s
feature clearly, then “call” her… chant Guan Yin Pusa many many times till 3rd eye chakra got feel then start to chant OMPH.. this is the way of chanting we should be using – Learned something new today…
What I had felt – at the calling part.. I could feel a feeling like I am going to cry.. then I was puzzled..y I wanna cry? well, shifu say concentrate, so I stopped and continue chanting… guess he was chanting very loud and stern that I tried to chant fast too.. feel vibration… must be all of us chanting too loudly… during the OMPH part, it seems brighter and brighter till I am in the middle kind of feel… nice…
Healing
today my partner is Teo.
What he felt when healing me -
head very heavy…
hands auto go to my upper back then to head…
I felt -
my legs were super numb and pain that I kept moving abt to stop the pain..
What I felt when healing him:
my right hand palm got numb feel at his left middle back area, heart area and below heart area. when at below heart area, my hand same area got a prickly feel.
during jia chi, my crystal when at his 3rd eye chakra moves a lot…
What he felt:
nothing much.. but later he say warm…
