Neck, shoulder and back area very very pain, see chinese physician and gets slightly better… but at night the pain is terrible.. sit, stand lie down also cannot… very pain… never do SOP at all… only san nian OMPH and DBZ…

feels slightly better as I can turn my head but still pain except that I can bear with it… done SOP but have difficulty in Da Li Pai, cos I can’t get up … DBZ only 7 times… tried using the “child calling mother method” for OMPH… hehe…

Went to class to with my brother…Realised my mandala is not doing correctly…so must take note of that…

today the chanting was very different from the other time… it’s the difference of 专心。。 This time we are able to 招请 higher beings thats y our healing was different from the other times. Understand from shifu that this type of healing is better than the other we had been learning but is not always successful to do so as we need to be concentrated to 一心念咒.. while chanting I could see flashes of lights… then follow by heard weird sounds, then started to feel that the room is getting very very crowded…

then shifu ask me to get up and help do healing… while doing healing, I could sense someone huge is standing beside me at my left side.   

Then today my brother did his chan hui le… so he is ”confirmed” liao… Hope he will continue practicing his xiuxing diligently…

He mentioned that his DG, only right hand feels warm and numb..nothing felt for his left hand…

then went his room to chant DBZ then back to my home… talked to him abt DG but I forgot to ask if he can practice DG at home or only at center?

As for his SOP, he can’t do the mandala hand sign, so can he just chant and guan xiang without the hand sign?
