had been doing 静坐 daily… there was one time… when I sit there..not thinking until suddenly… I felt warm/cool…

I was then thinking… is that warm or cold… I can’t differentiate.. it lasted a while..then I dunno is it I si ba(hokkien ~ die meat) or wat…

then I feel like whole body numb… like energy… was wondering is it the layer of energy around the body?

我的法号is 　张喜良。

My brother is 张喜稳。

We reached around 5pm and before the guiyi ceremory starts… there was a nun demonstrating how we wear and fold haiqing followed by another nun explaining the ways to walk and kneel when wearing haiqing..

not long, some of the guys were ask to go to the main hall to join those taking 5 precepts .. wer, me, Cheryl and vicki were asked to go too … was unable to take lift due to too many people taking lift, so we walk up to the hall… walk there wasn’t easy… I almost trip while climbing up the stairs..and this wer wer is giggling lo…so paiseh…

when we were in the main hall… I can’t follow the lu xiang zhan well too… cos they were singing and dragging sooo long till i forget the next word… at the beginning, I kneel and pray quite clumsily, keep stepping on my haiqing..sit too long and feel leg numbs… have to stretch out my legs… at the ending part, after we were being 灌顶, we went back to our seat and continue chanting na mo guan shi yin pusa… I cried … so much tears… and a auntie in front was taking photos lo… this wer wer again trying to control her giggling..I clear my tears and continue chanting… still tearing… so much tears…then when everybody was leaving… we got remedial lessons on how to pray and kneel when wearing haiqing…

but overall, I was touched… it’s a memorable day!

I would like to take this opportunity to Thank all of you, esp those who had gone thru gui yi and still make an effort to come and see this gui yi ceremony to go thru with us, we are like a very united family… I am happy!

well, I hv done my homework daily except that sometimes I never hit the minimum ~ 45 mins

during this period, there isn’t much different and becos I was also lazy …so I never blog lah…

The feels I had during “quiet sit”:

~ feels energy in my body moving…

~ body jerk forward like doze off

~ sometimes I can’t sit still, feel like opening my eyes just for the seek of opening… then I close my eyes and continue again…

~ feels ants crawling… shoulder,back, arms, legs, body and face(not all in one session)… sometimes can lun until forget the itchy but sometimes will still open my eyes…

~ also will have tots coming in… like daydreaming…

yesterday we had a healing session with 4 “new patients”,

i start with a uncle nearest to the door… din feel much, but in my heart I keep calling out guan yin pusa, saying I want to heal them can give me more feel to heal them…

after that I move to da jie’s sis… erm… I feel that I was forcing something out, I saw da jie crying, I didn’t care, I dun want to be distracted…but after a while I felt sadness, I cried too… cannot control, tears just drop… and it gets more ji tong… then I bo care…just keep doing wat I should till I heard her cries getting louder and louder, then I felt like vomiting too… got a kind of er xin feeling… then I can’t remember much cos sometimes I bo open my eyes…

then move to another “auntie”… was asked to chant da bei zhou in heart, just keep hitting her back… think there’s blockage on her whole back area… stiff … move to her front… her 4 limbs might have blockages too…can see she quite scare and gan chiong…

there was one moment that I think I can’t feel much, just try to quiet down and yun ling again to feel the feel and I continue to call out guan yin pusa in heart telling her that I want to heal them…give me stronger feel…

at the ending part of the healing, I was feeling very tired liao… my body was very warm after the healing and my face was red also …

Questions:

1) Do we need to cut the heart connection off for “this type” of healing?

2) Do we need to claw the negative energy from our arms too?

nothing much to blog… had done SOP together with DBS these days…

yesterday was very siong… today is okay… not so pain…

but still can’t use 金刚念诵法 well… most of the time was sing chanting… cham…

ooo… paiseh paiseh….. so long bo update liao… hehe…

Although I bo update but I got do homework lah sometimes sop, sometimes gyfm only…

erm… I dunno is it I sensertive or the weather turns hot… but since last week… I had been feeling very warm, always very warm…. sometimes I need to sleep with aircon plus fan…

whenever I do homework, my whole body sweats… even I on aircon…. told Edy and Kelvin, Edy say is good… so should be ok…

I started my DBS le… erm really not easy, I kneel till both legs numb and red… chant from trying 金刚念诵法 to normal singing chanting and normal singing chanting to 金刚念诵法。I am trying… I hope I can do it fluently with 金刚念诵法soon….

do GYFM only… but not long time..so do again…

yesterday .. during class.. we learnt abt some chakra points…

命门~ trying to visualise the marble with red colour and when trying to turn de time, I cant visualise the colour liao.. only feel it turn. Sometimes when turning clockwise, it will try to turn anti clockwise, I force it to turn back clockwise again… beginning no feel warm, turning probably ard 20+ then start to feel a bit of warm…

海底~ didn’t feel anything

雪山~ same.. turning clockwise will suddenly wants to turn anti, I force it back again.. this area feels more warm…but the clock wise and anti clockwise thingy have to focus.. cos is behind mah…

Dragon breaking thru ~ when the dragon climb up the spine, I could visualise it but can’t feel it.. but when the dragon try to break thru the 3rd eye chakra, I could feel like my 3rd eye area like got a opening then the dragon fly out…

Exploding ~ didnt feel the exploding much , just visualise nia …then felt the warm around back area.

Healing ~ feeling of energy… mostly at the head area… at the beginning body ard arms feel the “movements” like vibration…

I also asked a question after class.

When we do GYFM and after shifu start to ask us to visualise de time, do we need to chant NMAMTF?

Ans: don’t need , then we can visualise properly.

back home I do GYFM for a short while.. felt tummy there warm warm… then yesterday night I cant sleep well also.. very awake.. sleep ard 2amplus wake up at 5am.. then also very long time cant sleep… hao bu rong yi sleep liao.. wake up at 9am again…then tried to sleep again…

then play with crystal awhile… yesterday forgot if I had took my medicine… haha.. so I ask my crystal… my crystal say bo then I take lo…

homework done with brother… this time we off the lights to do GYFM… but never see lights … he still feels the itchy…

I realised we always forgot the DG…

just completed SOP with brother… today my 3rd eye chakra feels pressure constantly while doing GYFM…

today we remember to do DG together… I saw brother moving.. he said he isn’t sure if it is correct or is it he moves de… but I tell him nevermind lah… just move lo…

I ate the pill le before doing SOP…. during GYFM, after visualise the light into my body then I visualise the pill glows with light and spread to whole body… can hor?

then we also tried the “yoga” sets, hands shaking, bend our body to the front, turning body left right, breathing using right & left nostril plus the lifting of legs up in the air…

oh ya, my brother both arms looks a bit red red with white spots… he say is normal, always like that wor…

I still can’t do a very long GYFM, abt 20-25mins… so I re-do GYFM again….

erm, yesterday I think I saw light as it is very bright sometimes… but I am not sure is it the room lights.. but this light sometimes will go dimmer…and sometimes I got za nian… will think of work  or friends talking…then I suddenly remember I should be chanting and not thinking, so I concentrate on chanting and forgets the za nian…

Oh ya, I also told my brother abt the sunday class de GYFM le…we tried doing SOP together after telling him..

He saw lights but right side is bright, left side not so bright, a bit dim…

when he pulls his hands down and chants Nan Mo Ah Mi Tuo Fo for a while, his body starts to feel itchy….

tried eating vege from day 1 of 7th mth…. hmm… today ate mixed rice..but I dunno the egg got mince meat inside wor…until I ate a bit of the meat…

but I got try to chao du the meat in the end lah…   

went class on Sunday… and we were taught talking to our ling… at 1st I was like thinking wat should I call my ling? Ling ? Ah Ling? Huiling? haha… in the end I just called Ling…

I asked abt what is the correct way to chant DBZ then the next thing was I was doing my pranic breathing wor… so I guessed I must concentrate on my breathing when chanting..

I also ask y I keep getting sick wor… keep having flu then now is cough.. every night I got difficulty to sleep… I can only watch tv till I sleep in my living room sofa… then 4am plus sure wake up… when I go room sleep ..cannot sleep liao… keep coughing till morning then can sleep…

yesterday again I wake up at 4am plus… then I cough till I vomit twice …. then I drink pi pa gou then can sleep…

Think I should go see doctor again…

had been doing my SOP… but got skipped a few times…
I forgot the dates but these are the things I wanna add in this post…

7 tailsman
- when burning the 7 tailsmans hor… I burn the 1st few very carefully cos it just wun burn finished when I put in the bowl… then burn until the 3rd/4th, I felt like got a gust of wind… erm.. like energy…

GYFM
- got one time… halfway thru I saw sudden white light… the lights like shoot from in front…like sparkle… only a while… then bo liao…

Chant of OMPH
- when calling Nan Mo Guan Shi Ying PuSa, I only thinking of GY’s image and keep calling then like got sudden black out, then lights on then blackout… very obvious until I scare and open my eyes… I wonder is it lighting… almost want to call shifu liao… then I think think.. if everything also call u.. u sure si bei busy… so I just continue to do lo…
